BLOCK E: EXCLUSIVE PAMUKkALE SUITES AND STUDIO SUITES

The Pamukkale suites are a fully new addition. Over the years 2024 – 25, we are going to build 4 one-room studio suites without kitchens and 3 two-room suites without kitchens on the ground floor with a private thermal water pool, and 22 one-room studio suites with terraces, which also feature thermal water pools. The studio suites will be located on the 2. and 3rd floor. The suites are expected to be completed and handed over to be used in December 2025.

BLOCK C: 2-ROOM SUITES

New two-room suites will be the result of renovation of original hotel rooms. You can choose from 17 suites located on the 2nd floor (9 suites) and 3rd floor (8 suites). The suites are expected to be completed and handed over in December 2025.

BLOCK G & O: SUITES

    – 6-year lease agreement, the utilisation revenue divided in a ratio of 60% for the owner and 40% for TMR, a. s.;

  2. Model
    – in two instalments amounting to about 50% and 25% of the property price, the remaining 25% of the price will be earned by the suite itself via the rent for 5 years;

    – after that the utilisation revenue will be divided in a ratio of 60% for the owner and 40% for TMR, a.s. for an indefinite period of time;

  3. Model
    – in two instalments amounting to 90% and 10%;

    – 5-year lease agreement and guaranteed rent at 6.5% per year;
    – option to purchase the property 5 years after taking.

The whole construction process of suites and their subsequent sale to private owners is arranged by TMR, a.s.
